Welcome to the SCOESC Curriculum Department Online Learning Center!

The SCOESC Online Learning Center is the hub for a variety of self-paced, asynchronous professional development opportunities. At the completion of each module and the corresponding Google form, you will be emailed a contact hour certificate.  Modules can be completed at no charge for employees of SCOESC member districts.  15 PD modules are currently posted, providing between 1 and 3 contact hours for each module.

"Teen Dating Violence Prevention Education and Safety
& Violence" Google Classroom Course

HB 19 mandates education about violence in dating for grades 7-12,
by October 2011, and every five years after.  This law went into effect
March 29, 2010.  HB 276 mandated Safety & Violence training for all
K-12 staff.  Modules 1-4 meet all legal requirements.  You can view the

Professional Development Opportunities

The SCOESC curriculum department offers several types of professional development workshops and coaching services. We provide information to help education professionals improve their instructional and leadership skills with the ultimate goal of improving the overall quality of our schools and the academic achievement of our students. Our professional development is provided through seminars, workshops, and customized coaching services and is based upon research proven, best practice resources.
